Coaching can help you when you know you need to make a change, but you don’t know where to start or how to get there. When you go on a journey you hire a guide to help you navigate the best route. You will spend less time wondering aimlessly making mistakes. Let me be your guide and coach helping you along the way. You set the course, I ask good questions, I support you when you need it and point out possibilities you never knew existed. Together you will discover a whole new version of yourself with ease and grace.

Here are some examples of circumstances I’ve helped people navigate:

1. You are recovering from burnout and need help finding a new gear to operate in. The way you used to do things no longer works.  I know this one well!
2. You are retiring and you know you need to prepare for it but don’t know where to start. I will help you define and execute your second act in life. This can be the most meaningful time of your life but it will take planning.
3. You want to dig deeper into your purpose, you’re curious who you are and why you are here. You don’t want to change your whole life; you want to bring more meaning to what you are doing. I have a measuring tool that is perfect for this.
